Happy Inauguration to all!

To recap on the previous year, the District can raise a glass to it’s spot at #9 of the most drunk cities in the U.S. according to The Daily Beast, Baltimore followed suit four spots behind.
In 2012, beerinsights.com revealed that craft beer sales increased 15% and commands 5% of the overall beer market in the US, rising for the seventh consecutive year. IPA’s have officially become the best selling craft beer style, jumping ahead of seasonals. Four of the best selling IPA’s in the market include Sierra Nevada’s Torpedo IPA, New Belgium’s Ranger IPA, Lagunitas’ IPA, and Deschutes’ Inversion IPA. Lastly, the White House even released the recipes to its own homebrewing endeavors. Overall, a great year for craft beer and may 2013 continue to see it reach new heights!
